Hey Pete, just wanna say, I finished playing through Dying with Thyself sometime in December. One thing ticked me off though. I don't get why people *feel* the need to comment negatively on this VN, I'm just a normalfag (quite cool though!), with a moderate experience in VNs specifically, and I liked it, it's uplifting. You should be proud! Should I be looking forward for a new release? Cheers from Greece!
Glad you liked it. I don't see a problem with people commenting negatively on it as I am fully aware there are problems with the game and that the type of story isn't for everyone. Not to mention there were some sections I wrote in the beginning I could have changed to make them more relevant to when it was released (2012) than when I wrote it (2009 for the entire dodge ball scene).
I'm happy that I even managed to finish it when there was a year long period that I put it off to the side assuming it was never going to be finished and that people can now read it and comment on it, positive or not. As for future releases there's something being worked on by the same group of people but I'm not the one writing it this time.
